DATES & RATES

The 2026 season will run from Sunday June 27 – Sunday August 15. 

Camp sessions are seven weeks and four weeks for first time campers. Four week campers have the option to extend their stay. 

We offer financial aid and flexible payment plans to support our families (scroll down for details). To explore tuition options, request financial assistance, or ask any questions regarding enrollment, please contact us.

*We welcome campers from across the United States and around the world. Recognizing that session dates may conflict with local school calendars, we are happy to coordinate alternative transportation and scheduling as needed.

Discounts

• Early Bird Discount – Enroll by January 1, 2027 to receive a discount of $200.

• Sibling Discount – $200 discount for is given for each sibling enrolled

• Referral Discount – $200 off of your tuition by referring a new family to Killooleet

Other Charges

• Camp Store and extras– an average of $60

• Bus transportation to/from NYC and Tarrytown, NY – $175

• Linen Rental (optional) – $75 for the summer

• Bike Rental (optional) – $175 for the summer

Transportation and luggage are arranged separately. Transportation to and from New York City in chaperoned Buses is available on the first and last day of camp. Please note transportation costs will show up on your statement after your camper arrives.

We have partnered with Doubletime Luggage - you can book directly with them to have your luggage and bike shipped to camp.

Camp Tuition covers all activities, trips and food. Every camper at Killooleet has access to everything that we offer.

Killooleet has always strived to keep camp accessible and affordable. For decades, we have been dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we remain fully committed to continuing this work.

We place immense value on our alumni community and strive to ensure former campers can pass the Killooleet experience on to their children. While we are proud to partner with the Seeger Bartlett Foundation and ACA Campership programs, scholarship funding alone cannot bridge the gap between operating costs and tuition.

To cover operating expenses, standard tuition is set at $14,500, alongside a reduced tuition tier of $14,100. Together with our discount offers, these tiers help keep camp accessible to as many families as possible. Both options remain highly competitive relative to similar full-season programs, and families with the means to pay the standard rate are encouraged to do so.

First-time campers may enroll for the 4-week session (June 27–July 25) at a rate of $9,800, with the option to extend their stay for the full summer.
